Please read this End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as 'EULA') carefully before using the OCTO+ mobile application (hereinafter referred to as 'the Application'). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download or use the Application.
OCTO+ grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the Application on compatible devices owned or controlled by the user.
The user agrees not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Application. It is prohibited to modify, adapt, enhance, translate, or create derivative works from the Application, as well as to rent, loan, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application.
All intellectual property rights related to the Application are owned by OCTO+ or its licensors.
4.1 The OCTO+ Application is free to download and use with certain limitations:
4.1.1 The free version allows for limited content playback of 10 minutes.
4.1.2 The paid subscription allows for unlimited content playback.
4.2 OCTO+ offers several paid subscription plans, automatically renewable:
4.2.1 Annual family pass subscription: €14.99
4.2.2 Annual individual subscription: €9.99
4.2.3 Semi-annual subscription: €6.99
4.2.4 Quarterly subscription: €3.99
4.2.5 Monthly subscription: €1.99
4.3 Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
4.4 Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4.5 The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of the selected plan.
4.6 You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
4.7 No part of the subscription will be refunded if the subscription is canceled before the end of the period.
4.8 Users may have withdrawal rights under applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
4.9 OCTO+ does not provide any data sources for the use of the application. Users must obtain and input their own data sources.
OCTO+ may provide updates to the Application but is not obligated to do so.
Information collected by OCTO+ regarding the use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy.
The use of the Application requires compatible devices and specific versions of the iOS operating system.
The user is responsible for the security of their login information and must notify OCTO+ in case of unauthorized use of their account.
If the user accesses the Application outside their country, they are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
This EULA remains in effect until terminated by the user or by OCTO+. OCTO+ may suspend or terminate this EULA at any time.
OCTO+ is not responsible for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.
This EULA is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the other provisions will remain in effect. The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this EULA does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
